Currently serving as Regional Director – Impact & Development at PwC, he leads key initiatives in total rewards, talent development, performance management, learning, and culture. His strategic guidance supports organizations in becoming future-ready, people-focused, and digitally enabled.
Prior to PwC, Haitham held senior roles at IBM, Qatar Airways, Vodafone, Nokia, and PepsiCo, where he designed and delivered large-scale transformation programs in HR, digital experience, and change management. He is known for combining behavioral science, neuroscience, and data analytics to create meaningful and measurable impact across the employee lifecycle.
An accomplished advisor and mentor, Haitham is an executive coach and angel investor who supports startups, scaleups, and corporate leaders through growth and transformation.
